A friend of mine recommended this book for my mother and I am so glad she did!

The illustrations are fabulous and the book is easy to follow. I did the exercises once with my mother and now she does them regularly! I am proud of her and thrilled that such a book can motivate her to take care of herself and exercise!

It is usually hard to do exercises from a book rather than a video but this one works! The exercises are well explained and are accompanied by drawings showing both the correct and incorrect way to do them. The book is well written and easy to follow. It provides valuable information about the types of things you should and should not do if you have osteoporosis. Being recently diagnosed this was something I was concerned about and this book addressed all my concerns.

Women need all the help they can get these days for osteoporosis, especially since prescription drugs are becoming an ominous choice for many. Love the simplicity of this book and one can get started immediately with the exercises, since it is a small book, to the point and gives helpful hints. What’s really nice are the illustrations, since one doesn’t have to think about alignment but simply look at the pictures. I am using these exercises consistently and will happily share with friends. This book is not only appropriate for people with bone density issues, but contains information that can benefit most anyone.
